1971 Norton Commando 750 Fastback
The previous owner bought this as a restored bike in 2014.
This bike is 'On the Button' and been properly prepared for road use.
It has not been used since pre covid in 2020. The last official mot was in may 2017 when the bike had 43749 miles on the clock. Currently the clock reads 43787 miles. There are receipts for around £4000. 00 having been spent on the bike from 2012 to 2016. The bike is currently on sorn.
The serial number and engine number are both matching.
Petrol tank is all steel. The disc brake on the front wheel may be from a 1972 model, but is an improvement on the original front drum brake.
There are plenty of MOT's going back to 2001 from the previous two owners.
I have the current v5 in my possession.
This is a great bike that will give you years of service and inspection will not disappoint.
