Description
Bought car in 2012 travelling from South Yorkshire to Bournemouth to view and fell in love! The car is in as good condition today as when we bought it. Regularly serviced with usual oil/ air filter changes and oil change, last carried out beginning of July 2024. MOT'd 15 / 07/ 2024, no problems, passed with flying colours! Five good tyres including spare. First gear is a bit noisy, however there is a spare gearbox with the car. Rallied extensively all over the UK, winning numerous condition trophies over the years. Also taken the car to France on the Morris Minor Owners Club "MOT" trip. This car is a post production convertible. The car comes with a Specialised Accessories made to measure waterproof and breathable cover which we used overnight at weekend rallies. Have really enjoyed driving this car over the years, attracting many admiring glances from passersby. Clipper Blue is a relatively rare Morris colour, only being used for 15 months on all models. I think the combination of colour and the convertible style make this a fun car to drive. Although a classic car, the drive is not too different to driving a modern car, so best of both worlds!
