for sale my 1973 Dodge Charger 340 Magnum 2 door hardtop. numbers matching car with original stock engine. i have decoded the tag numbers and its a genuine Magnum. I've been involved with this car for about 15 years and its owner for the last five. repainted it 3 years ago and added the Nascar style wheels and tyres. body is very good, having had some repairs to the boot floor and lower quarters before it came to the uk. i did some small repairs to the sill ends and door corners before the repaint. engine is very good. it has the original Carter Thermoquad carb that i have rebuilt and it has a manual choke conversion. the aircon was already removed when it arrived. the gearbox is very good and has a Hurst Pro shifter fitted. brakes, suspension and rear axle are all good. i use it very regularly and it will return about 14/ 16 mpg if you behave ! interior is reasonably good. front seats are not original and are early Recaro type from a BMW. these are in good condition. back seats are good. carpets are faded but sound and the headlining has some small tears and splits in. there is a new set of carpets and a new headliner to be included in the sale and quite a lot of spares and another set of wheels/ tyres and the original factory manuals. radio is an original set but a more modern version with bluetooth capabilty. its a very good car that can be used as a daily driver, as i have. its a real headturner. selling to fund purchase of another vintage Talbot. any questions please ask. more photos available on request. not looking to trade / swap unless you have an early thirties Roesche Talbot you dont want anymore.
