Welcome to the sale of my Aston Martin DB9, in the desirable tungsten grey exterior and black interior with just 1 previous owner.
I purchased this car requiring a new engine which means I've had the body off the car and done extensive work to make sure this is one of the best conditioned DB9s going - mechanically.
A lot of the changes were just preventative as it's considerably easier to do whilst the body is off the car, but they include:
New engine fitted.
Engine was inspected and as preventative maintenance, the rod bearings and gaskets were replaced.
New coil packs & spark plugs.
New PCV valves.
New oil filter, new Mobil-1 0W-40 synthetic oil and air filters.
New fuel injector blue o-rings.
New transmission lines.
New drive belt.
New tensioner pulley.
New rear brake lines, and front nearside brake line (front driver's side was in good condition and did not need replacing).
New front ABS sensors.
New handbrake cable.
Air-con regassed.
The car has a recent MOT and is in occasional weekend use so the mileage may increase slightly.
The work done on this car would comfortably cost five figures to do at a specialist or at a dealership and I believe having done this work, puts it in great stead for many years of fun ownership!
I've done all the work myself (except gas the air-con) on this car so I can answer any questions you have - fire away!
