Constructed around a lightweight bonded aluminium chassis and powered by Aston Martin’s magnificent hand-built 6. 0-litre V12 engine, the DB9 offered near-perfect 50:50 weight distribution, delivering exceptional performance, balance and driving dynamics. Its elegantly sculpted aluminium bodywork, together with the meticulous craftsmanship evident throughout the engine, paintwork and interior, ensured the DB9 received widespread acclaim upon its launch.
