1998 Mercedes c280 Elegance automatic with 45920 miles.
It was originally my friends fathers car who bought it from new.
On the V5 there are 3 previous owners, but they were family members.
It was taken off the road in 2012 when the father passed away.
It was garaged, kept on a battery charger and moved occasionally.
I bought it in 2022 when the mother passed away and the estate sold.
Since I have had it, it has had the engine, gearbox, differential oil changed.
The brake fluid changed, serviced and the air con has been regassed.
Last winter, I removed all the arch liners, cleaned and wax oiled the archs and underneath.
On its last mot it had an advisory for the front tyres, these have been replaced.
It has Mercedes service history up to 06/ 04 and then serviced by a local garage up to 2011.
I have a file of paperwork including the original sales invoice. Spare key and dealer key rings.
As you can see it is in very good condition, the original carpet mats are as new. Original unused first aid kit.
There are some paint chips and scuffs. A couple of paint imperfections.
It drives very well with no known issues.
