Description
Bodywork: average- good overall, has had a full respray in two pack 10 years + old. Bad corrosion area on passenger middle panel under window and lower down same panel (see photo's) bottom of both doors have been filled and sprayed, small corrosion patches hear and there on most panels. still looks very good when washed and polished, apart from the bad panel already mentioned could be left and used without any other bodywork attention it would be up to the individual.
Mechanics: Engine runs well and pulls well, new head gasket, cam belt, valves reground, serviced, new plugs, points. Does leak small amount of oil not sure from where but vehicle has been parked in the same spot for over a year patch of oil on the floor is minimal.
Brakes recently tested on rolling road, drives well and all gears can be engaged easily, no unwanted knocks bumps, noises etc. Handbrake good.
Chassis: Is sound has been welded before and vehicle has been wax oiled.
Stainless exhaust, 4 good tyres, good battery.
Instruments: all working order apart from the original water temp gauge and petrol gauge (separate working ones have been fitted)
Interior: Is very clean and has been re upholstered, all cupboards are in good order, fitted gas hob working. leisure battery, sink and pump working, consumer unit working, hook up working, 12 volt system working, roof lifts fine, will leak water inside from the rear window seals if rain is blowing and severe. I am selling it because i just do not get the time to use it, the vehicle stands outside in all weathers, needs someone who will give the attention it deserves and use it.
