Lovely little Mexican built 1998 Volkswagen Beetle "Vocho".
The car was imported and converted to RHD from new. It has a few age related marks on the paintwork, but is very presentable. Rust free floor pan, heater channels, door pillars etc, basically the none of the usual rust horrors.
Being a late model car it benefits from EFI fuel injection, so it starts on the button with no cold or hot start problems, also having hydraulic tappets for quieter running (for a Beetle!) and a proper oil filter, oil being crucial on an air cooled car.

Contemporary magazine article relating to these late beetles. We bought the car after many years without a Bug, my main concern was no rust, I didn't want to go back to the days of welding up rusty Beetles! This car having been rust treated from new ticked that box. It drives superbly, I bought it from by Southend and had no problems driving it back to the Midlands, cruising happily on the motorway.
It's been ultra reliable, always garaged and used for days out when the weather allows.
