We are selling a 1988 Citroen 2CV Dolly edition, in 'plums & custard'.
This car is offered complete, but as a non-running restoration project / spares donor car.
My partner and I acquired it a couple of years ago with a view to restoring the car to it's former glory but other things are preventing us from this and we have decided to sell the car now to somebody who can get better use of it.
It was registered in Surrey in November 1988 (MacDonald Citroen - as shown on the original rear number plate).
The body and chassis have areas of corrision and will require repair for an MOT. The worst area is around the lower front windscreen, which will need new panels welding in. However all of these parts are available and this could be a good DIY project. The paint finish is tired across the car.
The interior is original and complete and the roof is in pretty good condition.
It would make a great project, or a donor car if you want to break it for spares. There are lots of good bits on it.
