Very usable 1958 Austin A35 2dr
Restored around 30 years ago and is still in good condition due to being dry stored since the restoration.
Yesterday I completed a 40 mile round-trip without any hiccups gaining many waves as I drove through the villages.
During the restoration the outside was painted, the inside and engine Bay were not, the seats were recovered as were the door cards, the carpets were also renewed and all remain in good condition, the headlining was not removed.
Recent tyres, Service including plugs and leads, oil change, fuel pump and fuel filter.
Starting to show its age at the bottom of doors and the paint has micro blisters.
By no means is this old car a concours show winner but it is a brilliant little starter classic that won’t let you down.
I might take another classic car in part payment if it helps the sale
