The car has had two owners, it lived in London until 2000 as for the first 14 years it belonged to a wealthy businessman. It was then passed onto his friend who was a Mercedes collector and doctor. I have all the information including service bills, emails, fax’s between the owners, parking tickets, speeding tickets, the history is more of a story from day one to now. It’s extremely interesting.
Ideally I’d like to swap with another collector, I’m thinking I want a coupe (SEC/ SL/ SLC) I would sell for the correct price but ideally I’d do a deal for a couple.
The car is in good condition but not perfect. (Aircon needs sorting, sunroof isn’t working and around the sunroof it has a couple of small spots of corrosion)
I’d rather be honest that people expecting a concours car. It is however very clean for its age.
