this Sonderkraftfahrzeug 2 (Sd. Kfz. 2) was built by NSU in 1944 and is one of around 8, 400 examples built for the German military between 1939 and 1944. The vehicle is currently the only Kettenkrad offered for sale in the world. It has been fully restored using only original parts. All work is documented. The Kettenkrad has an extra matching and extremely rare trailer. It is powered by an Opel 1. 5-litre inline four-cylinder engine paired with a three-speed dual-range manual transmission and features include a single headlight, trailer hitch, canvas rear cover and darkened taillights. This Kettenkrad is now being offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner in Europe with tools and a bill of sale.
