The Granada was Fords Luxury saloon back in the 1970’s and this particular one is the V6 GL model that, only in South Africa, had the 3. 0 V6 ‘Essex’ engine fitted.
This is a very original one owner example of this luxury Ford and the car has been incredibly well preserved.
The chrome on the car is near prefect, the half leather / half fabric interior is great, the engine runs incredibly smoothly and quietly, the gearbox shifts smoothly and effortlessly and amazingly for an old car from a dry climate none of the plastics are perished or cracked.
The car is riding on 14” Continental tyres with lots of tread.
