For Sale: BMW E34 520i – A True Classic
Hi, and welcome to the sale of my BMW E34 – honestly one of the best cars I’ve owned. I constantly find myself turning around to get one more look; the drive is absolutely sublime. I originally planned to lower it, but the ride quality and how original and perfect it is kept me from making any changes.
Mechanically, the car is in top shape and recently got a new viscous fan clutch. The heating works perfectly, and I genuinely look forward to driving it every day. The only issues are aesthetic: there’s some rust (as pictured), which is expected with a ‘90s BMW at 180, 000 miles. However, structurally, it’s solid. Bonnet poor.
I have a catalog of videos for serious buyers, plus all the original books, some service history, multiple spare keys, and two central locking fobs that still work, even closing all windows and the sunroof. MOT is valid until June.
Reason for Sale: I am a student and as much as I love this car I really can't afford to keep 2 cars. This car has been an absolute pleasure to own. I'm sure the new owner will love and cherish it as much as me. The drive is absolute sublime and really is a time capsule with all original interior apart from the radio. Really great car and will be sad to see it go.
