Given my history with the bike and the fact my wife and I went on it this year for the first time in 23-years, the bike has not changed but it seems we have. We did 50 miles which was a lovely run down memory lane but both of us think, it should be used, which is why it's for sale.
I spent a lot of time and money going through everything, brakes renewed, Fork tubes/ seals oil, Bridgestone tyres, coolant, oil/ filter, plugs, carbs ultrasonic cleaned, Motobatt battery and much more. I can guarantee the mileage is correct. I will consider a P/ X for a Norton Dominator, cash either way.
Thank you for reading this, kind regards GregI brought this bike new and used to keep it in my dining room (yes I was single then) I did around 5000 miles on it and then sold it to a close friend as 'sale and return' meaning I would buy it back when he had finished with it. My friend was older than me but had only just passed his test. Unfortunately, my friend passed away and his family asked if I would like to buy it, which I did. The bike had not been used for about 12-years so a major recommissioning to restore it to it's former glory took place. It was mainly mechanical bits which cost me over £1000
