Call for details. I have spent many months refurbishing and upgrading this Mercedes, and invested a large sum of money. The result, beginning with a very solid base car, is the ultimate upgraded 190e, using the most economical power train offered on the 190e chassis. It is lively, smooth and quiet to drive, being fully insulated from road noise by the company that built the sound system. The steering is tight and precise and there is no play in the system, due to recent works performed at Mercedes Benz Romford. The car has undergone a full wheel alignment at the same time. The engine has several upgrades to the ignition system which boosts the performance considerably over a standard 1. 8. The five speed gearbox has an upgraded Delrin shifter kit to eliminate the loose feel in MB manual gearboxes of this era. It is the sharpest 190e I’ve driven. The suspension has been professionally lowered with crimped H & R springs, resulting in a smooth, progressive drive with no pitching or bumping. The car has a brand new set of mat graphite 17 inch Stormchaser alloys with brand new 215 / 40 / 17 Avon tyres. Literally never driven on the road. The front wings have been rolled and slightly stretched to accommodate the tyres by Arch Enemy. There is also a spacer kit, for extra clearance, supplied from RPM DE in Germany.
Headlamps have been upgraded, brighter, yellow tinted bulbs, giving a European look.
interior has been completely removed, down to the steel floor pan, the carpets cleaned and brand new old stock genuine MB fitted mats fitted. The leather is in good condition and has a lovely aroma. The headliner and doorcards are as new, no peeling. A high gloss dashboard wood kit complements the custom steering wheel. Inner arches are clean, Lanoguard protected, corrosion free. There are no findings of corrosion on MOT history. Beige paint pops with the satin black roof trims, black door handles, black bumpers, graphite multispokes. Very cool, great stance! Price reduced.
