I acquired this Minor 1000 as restoration project on 24. 6. 2011 as an MOT failure, but drove it home before the mot ran out. I bought her from the first owner, so including me, there are only two owners. I have the original bill of sale, she cost £644, 8 shillings and 6 pence on 5th May 1960.
Black with red interior and seats, which are in good condition.
Two glove boxes.
She was bought and serviced regularly in Crediton.
She needs new sills and three new wings and needs welding at several suspension points.
I took out the seats and carpets to see that the floor is in pretty good condition.
I’m moving house and don’t have the space for her any more, she has been kept in my garage all the time I’ve had her. She’s perfect for someone who wants to restore a Moggy.
I have the original tool kit and hand books.
I’ve just fitted a new battery.
