BSA A65 Thunderbolt FIRST REGISTERED IN 1963
Owned by myself for over 11 years and when first purchased it was subject to a full overhaul and included the wheels been rebuilt with new rims and spokes, resprayed in gold and at a later stage electronic ignition fitted. New front sprocket recently fitted and I went up one tooth to give the bike a more relaxed feel.
Registered as Historic Vehicle so no Tax or MOT requirement.
Chronometric speedo showing 56367 miles which I have no reason to disbelieve.
A comprehensive history and information file will be included with the sale.
Original transferable number plate will be included with the sale format 3 numbers XXX and 3 letters XXX.
Genuine reason for sale due to new knees and kick start not compatible.
Electronic ignition conversion makes for easier starting and modern regulator rectifier keeps the system charging under control.
