Long advert, no apologies. Seeking genuine people who are looking for a genuine car… so let's start.
I purchased this car to do a 1700-mile road trip across Europe, with the highlight being a visit to the Mercedes museum in Stuttgart. I'm happy to report that the car performed flawlessly throughout the journey - never missing a beat and having no issues at all. Now that I’m back, I sadly have to put it up for sale. I would love to keep it, but unfortunately, it must go.
According to 'How many left' only 213 licensed examples remain on UK roads today, making this a superb proposition for something a bit different.
The Palladium Silver Metallic exterior also features lovely multi-spoke AMG style alloy wheels, Xenon headlights, glass sunroof and more. The interior features electrically operated heated & dynamic seats, dual zone climate control, Harmon and Kardon sound system and a host of other extras.
Then you get the usual refinements too such as cruise control, multi function steering wheel, trip computer etc. All this making for a genuinely class yet sumptuous cabin.
As you probably already know, the CLS55 features the silky smooth yet very powerful M113K 5. 5 litre supercharged V8 petrol engine producing around 470hp and 700NM of torque. This magnificent engine is mated to a robust automatic gearbox that handles the power well.
This example has covered a reasonable mileage of 92k from new which is backed up by the cars MOT & service history.
This Mercedes benefits from a fresh oil and filter service adding to the cars large maintenance file which consists of a plethora of invoices. Original book packs & manuals present.

The car presents itself very well and drives well too, it’s extremely comfortable and is a phenomenal continent cruiser. As to be expected with a car of this age and mileage there will be age related marks and blemishes. On a recent drive the air conditioning stopped working, I will try and get it re-gassed before sale. To reiterate, Please do not expect a brand new car.
A bit of housekeeping; Test drives will be done by myself unless proof of funds and insurance is present. No group viewings, do not turn up with 4 of your mates.
