I have been the proud custodian of this car for the past twelve years enjoying every moment. It was purchased through RED LINE sports cars (Joe Cubit) a very much respected Classic Marcos sales and engineering specialist. My previous Marcos was owned by me for 45 years also a very enjoyable experience. I have been a member of the Marcos owners Club for around 50 years. Alas the time has now come to pass on the custodianship. Any questions or inspections are welcome.
The car has covered 59997 miles as of 26/ 04/ 2025 although the odometer reads 25571, this is due to a mistake by the company that serviced the speedometer last year. It has had regular 12 month engine oil+filter changes. New headers were fitted along with a sump gasket, gear box and differential oil changes, two years ago at RED LINE (Joe Cubit). The car has the usual Marcos refinements; adjustable steering wheel, electric adjustable peddles, electric windows, electric adjustable wing mirrors, heated screen, and alarm/ immobilizer. There is also a JVC, CD12 changer-CH-X350 radio. there are two USB sockets hidden in the glove box. There are some small paint chips to the front. the chassis tubes were injected with Wax oil at purchase. I have all the MOT certificates from 2000 to present with the exception of 4, 2004 - 2008. current MOT expires August 17th 2025. A lovely car to drive and listen to the V8 burble. Very much an eye catching head turning classic Marcos Mantara.
