• It rides on a set of brand new 17x8-inch Gullideckel in period wheels, shod on a set of 235x17 Yokohama tyres (Original 15-inch 15-hole wheels, shod with a set of Avon ZV1 tyres included in sale).
• The factory specification includes the lesser-seen analogue outside temperature indicator, cruise control, optional folding rear seats, electric front windows, a heated rear window, a lockable glove compartment, and headlamp washers and wipers.
• A stainless-steel exhaust has been installed, along with an updated Blaupunkt stereo.
• Accompanying the vehicle will be the owner’s manuals, the purchase invoice, two keys, a fire extinguisher, and the tool kit, spare wheel, and first aid kit.
CONDITION

• Specific notes from the seller include: paintwork and interior in great condition, showing slight signs of age-related patina. Paperwork is available for all previous repairs.
• Both front and rear bumpers, including rear valance and side mouldings have been replaced at a cost of over £4000 from The SL Shop, leaving the bright work in excellent condition throughout the car.
• The seller is not aware of any electrical or mechanical faults, with a brand new battery fitted.
• The most recent MOT test took place on 14 October 2025 at 121, 654 miles, resulting in a first-time pass with no advisories. Expires 18 October 2026.
SERVICE HISTORY
• The latest service was carried out in 2024 by a specialist Mercedes Independent Garage, where it had replacement of Fuel Metering Unit, Fuel Regulator Valve, Fuel Filter and Fuel Injectors, plus engine oil, oil & air filters.
• Prior to this a service was carried out at around 120, 000 miles by Kartechnic, Christchurch. The work comprised an engine oil and filter change, along with the replacement of the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel cap, oil cap, steering dampener, thermostat cover, auxiliary belt, and the wiper blades.
• In February 2022 the car was serviced Cowdray Independent Repair Group, which included fitment of a stainless-steel exhaust system, and replacement of the radiator, tyres, thermostat, front brake discs and pads, washer pump, wiper blades, and the battery, as well as a repair to the heater fan.
• In June 2017, Cowdray Independent Repair Group replaced the engine oil and filter, as well as the brake fluid and hydraulic fluid.
