Offered for sale is this 1985 Ford Capri 2. 8 injection, in Caspian Blue Over Stratos Silver, please note that this is a 5 speed Monza trim ( commonly known as shark Grey) injection registered in Jan 1985 but has been fitted with Capri 2. 8 injection Special half leather interior, 7x13 alloy wheels and LSD rear axle! This Capri has been in storage since 1998 after it was restored having had new front wings and a respray! It was also fully polly brushed. Since it came out of storage it has had a new fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, thermostat, brake hoses, pipes and shoes and new exhaust sections new genuine Ford Front bumper! and is now up and running (Not roadworthy), however the fuel injection meter head may need replacing? The engine has good oil pressure, the brakes will also need bleading. Unfortunately due to being in storage for a long time there are some dents and scratches to the paint work most should pop out and some of the scratches may polish out? The front of the bonnet has been blown in! All the welding was done back in 1998 so the bodyshell is solid and rot free. It comes with V5, it's last few MOT's back in the 90's and it's last 1998 tax disc! It starts and drives and has 107958 miles on the clock believe to be genuine! idea for someone that wants a Capri 2. 8 injection to run around in and improve as you go or just enjoy as it is. Won't take much to get it back on the road! Not that fussed if it sells or not as if not will sort it later in the year! Will need to be recovered due to it not being on the road since 1998!
