Renault Clio 172 Phase 2
Remarkably original Clio 172 with comprehensive service history.
Has covered just over 79, 000 miles, this may rise a little as I use the car once or twice a week. Recent MoT is valid until to 23rd March 2026.
New tyres all round Toyo Proxes TR1's, which suit the car very well, these are on the original alloys which I have just had refurbished.
The car has been underbody protected with Buzzweld Chassiguard, a clear Lanolin based product, so you can see what the underside is like, basically it is in great condition.
The bodywork is generally in excellent condition but with a couple of age related marks, minor 1cm mark on the o/ s front wing and another in the rear bumper close to the tailgate.
The interior is in excellent original condition with minimal wear on the seat bolsters. All electrics function as expected.
Has a fifth alloy spare wheel which looks like it's never been used, jack and tools all present and correct. This car has clearly been well looked after, and likely garaged for most of its life. I am only the third person on the logbook, the previous owner had the car from 2005 until March of this year, the first owner purchased the car direct from Renault main dealer.
Unusually, for a Clio 172, this car is in original condition, just as it came out of the factory with no modifications whatsoever.
The car drives well and is a superb usable modern classic, and would probably suit an enthusiast who is looking for an unmodified original Clio 172.
This one is simply ready to drive away and enjoy.
