Brilliant car, runs nicely but needs some body work TLC. Over the last 10 years of owning her, we have replaced the soft top, the rear leaf suspension, the exhaust, head gasket and waterpump among other things and she has been a delight to drive. There is some surface rust in places, but nothing structural when I last looked! She is looking for a new home as I have moved to Bristol and have no garage to store her in.
4 previous owners according to the V5 - I have owned it since October 2014 in which time it has been stored in a garage, and the previous owner had it for 20 years I believe and he mentioned it had been mostly dry stored for that time.
Has had a recent MOT in February. I bought the midget in 2014 as my first car when I was 17. It has been an absolute joy to drive over the years and it thrives on country roads. The MkIII midget still has those beautiful chrome bumpers and a cheekiness about it that is less obvious in the later models.
