For Sale: 1961 Austin Mini Seven De-Luxe – Show Standard, Wants for Nothing
An outstanding example of the iconic Austin Mini Seven, finished in its original Smoke Grey with Grey trim, as confirmed by the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate.
Built on 14th December 1961 and dispatched just a day later to T. & M. Dixon Ltd of Redditch, this Mini retains its factory specification including right-hand drive, home market De-Luxe trim, and heater. The car wears its original registration number, DSK 970.
This is a genuine show car that wants for nothing. It has been fully restored to an exceptional standard and is equally at home on the concours lawn as it is cruising the country lanes. Despite its immaculate condition, it remains very useable and has been maintained with reliability in mind.
Comes with an incredibly comprehensive history file including:
BMIHT heritage certificate
Photographic restoration records
Period literature and original handbooks
A thick folder of receipts, documents and MOTs
Starts on the button, drives superbly, and turns heads everywhere it goes. If you're looking for one of the best surviving early Minis available today, this is it.
Located in Staffordshire viewing is highly recommended.
