For sale is my 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS finished in the stunning Rallye Green after spending countless hours searching the uk for a particular car which proved hard to find at the time I focused my attention to the United States where I found this car offered from a well known Muscle car dealer I then purchased the car and had it shipped here to the uk where I’ve owned it ever since
In my time of ownership I had the car taken to a bodyshop where it underwent a full strip down body restoration which now presents absolutley stunning
ENGINE & TRANS
Running a roller 350 small block engine
Thumper cam Edelbrock performer alloy heads Edelbrock performance inlet manifold Holley 650cfm carburetor roller rockers mated to a B&M street & strip TH350 3 speed automatic transmission and 2400 holeshot torque converter long tube headers and flow master 45s the sound is amazing with the choppy idle just how any muscle of this era should sound with a rough output of 400bhp the combined engine & trans set up makes it a lovely reliable cruiser with just enough power to put a smile on your face
EXTERIOR
In 2018 when the car first arrived here in the uk it was of driver quality with the bodywork not quite up to the standard I was wanting I sent it to a well known bodyshop where I had the car completely stripped down to bare metal windows out vinyl top removed wings and doors off I then had all the panel gaps corrected and had everything aligned and fitting nice then the car was repainted in Rallye green with several coats of clear coat giving the car the ultimate deep gloss show car finish
Once completed the car was then taken over to a trimmers where a new vinyl top was fitted
A few chrome parts were replaced with top quality replacements I sourced in the states and all other parts were either re chromed or polished and re fitted
The rally style wheels were blasted and powder coated
The results various trophies and awards for a handfull of shows I’ve taken it to the car was also picked to use in Classic car magazine for a buyers guide on the Camaro an issue of this will come with the sale
INTERIOR
Hounds tooth black & white interior with the Deluxe package door cards and extended wood trim and still sporting its original radio which works as it should
As does the heater and rear de mister
Centre consul gauges temp, rpm, oil, volts all work and give good readings
All in all this is an absolutely stunning example and is ready for the up and coming shows and has been a pleasure to own it’s simply ready to jump in and use any more info please call
