1910 Harley Davidson model 6A
In 1910 Harley Davidson only made single cylinder engines. This model is the last year with the horizontal cylinder cooling fins. This bike is 90+% original with a 100% original motor.
Single cylinder, 4. 34 HP, 30 cu” engine, belt drive, with magneto ignition and 28” wheels.
It has a Bosch DA2 magneto ignition which is a rare option as most were with the less expensive battery ignition.
This is a fully running and operational motorcycle although only used for occasional show and display purposes. It was last run approx. 12 months ago.
Originally from California, it was restored by a well-known restorer some 30+ years ago and purchased as a complete machine. It has a known history since WW2 and been under present ownership of a 30-year AMCA member for the last 10 years.
Rare accessories include a fully working original Jones 50mph speedometer, an original Carbide headlight, original EA horn, and a reproduction Bridgeport pump.
The bike comes with UK registration documents and Pioneer certificate.
