Bought by me in 2005. It has had a complete superb respray, a new convertible top, a new çam belt, new brakes, rebushed suspension and totally refurbished leather recaro interior with 4 headrests and colour coded central console. The gearbox is automatic with sport mode and manual included. Most importantly it was ordered with a limited slip differential. This in my opinion is a perfect specification. It was owned initially by a lady from south east England and then a gentleman from Norfolk from whom I bought it. It has been mechanically perfect from the day I bought it and has never suffered any major damage but is now totally immaculate. Despite the mileage it has a perfect high performance engine and has been serviced regularly by my mechanic, a Volvo specialist. It is totally unmodified and has been meticulously cared for both before and during my ownership. I believe it to be one of the best of its kind available and will not disappoint any new owner. The underside has been maintained as well as the bodywork and interior although I will admit it will need a new exhaust in the future (it performs and sounds perfect at this time but the exhaust shows signs of rust). The engine continues to enchant me with its performance and the double cream sound of the straight six BMW engine. There is a rare hardtop optionally available for £2000 sprayed to the same high standard as the rest of the car. Oh, the new soft top is manual so no future electrical gremlins to worry about. It fits superbly and is easy to lower and to erect. It is also in royal blue as you can see. I have loved this car for 20:years and it is time for someone else to enjoy it. You will love the look of it, the sound of it, the performance of it and the admiring looks you will get everywhere you go. People often stop and talk to me about this car. It has been totally reliable during my ownership and should remain so due to the care lavished upon it over the past 20 years by me. I bought a really good one and turned it into a superb unbeatable example.
