For sale is my beloved VW Golf GTI 8V mk2. She has covered around 127000 miles and is finished in Mars red. The car has recently passed its MOT 21/ 05/ 2025.
The car starts on the turn of the key and the engine is strong and pulls through the gears really well. This 8V PB engine code model certainly doesn’t disappoint and puts a smile on my face everytime I get behind the wheel.
Unlike most of these hot hatches it has not been molested at all apart from aftermarket BBS style alloys. The vehicle still has the original interior and etched number plates in all the glass apart from front windscreen (which does have a large chip in it).
The underneath is very good again for a car of nearly 40 years. This can be seen from the pictures provided. The car has been used but the correct steps have been taken to insure that she has and will continue to stand the test of time.
The car overall is in very good condition for its age. The only things to nitpick on are a few areas of orange peel which aren’t visible unless up close and a few issues with the interior. Headlining, cracked dash and a few holes in the drivers seat. These issues have never bothered me as the car is a useable and honest classic.
These 8V 3 door models are only going one way and seem to be worth more everytime I check prices. Viewings available most evening and weekends
