VW Doris is a lovely 1968 Type 2, RHD, 1600, air-cooled, crossover camper van in mint great and white.
I'm her 9th keeper and owned her for 12 years.
She's in great condition with lots of money spent on keeping her up to speed.
Recent work includes:
Engine rebuild in 2017 with Weber Carbs built by JS Auto Tuning, Chorley (only 7, 181 miles done since her rebuild).
New sills and wheel arches courtesy of Dawson’s VW Shop T25 Doctor, Morecambe.
New kitchen units and electrical set-up including inverter, split charging system, hook-up, leisure battery, fridge, sink, smart TV and Retro Sound DAB radio thanks to GJP Vehicle Services, Preston.
Seats and rock and roll bed recovered in cream vinyl thanks to Camper Shak, Burscough.
New front tyres, brake discs and pads.

She's also had some lovely paintwork done by a local classic car specialist.
Is she perfect? No. But show me a van that is – she comes with all the usual characteristics of 56 year old VW, but she's a fantastic van looking for the right owner.
Does she need a good home who will use her and look after her? Yes. Unfortunately, I don't have time to use her (hence the low mileage), other than running around locally to make sure she's in good working order.
