* Price Reduced - need to sell urgently*
This car comes with a substantial history, documented from its original purchase. You'll receive the original purchase docs, and owners manuals etc along with a thorough collection of service invoices, all neatly filed. Its MOT history is remarkably clean, with only one fail due to low washer fluid on the day (Retested and passed on the same day), and it is currently MOT'd until December 2025.
I acquired the car in November of last year from the previous owner, and unfortunately now having to sell it due to losing my extra parking space.
The car is in very clean condition, with a very few age-related marks, including the hood (please see the photos for details - most importantly, no leaks!) Totally rust-free, the common issue of rear wheel arches being professionally sorted by a previous owner several years ago. Everything on the car functions perfectly. The air conditioning likely needs a re-gas, but I haven't used it as I prefer to drive with the top down - the whole reason for owning a convertible. The wheels and tyres are in good condition all around, with plenty of tread. Both original keys and remote fobs are included.
This car largely remains original with the only modifications being a K&N air filter (the original airbox is included if you wish to revert), an OEM-style boot spoiler (which can be easily removed), and a bluetooth audio unit with upgraded speakers. I also have a small amplifier which I purchased but have not yet fitted.
During my ownership, I've addressed some common age-related service items. This includes replacing the rear control arms and then subsequently sorting the wheel alignment. I also changed the oil and filter a couple of weeks ago. This is the second S2000 I have owned, and I have enjoyed every moment of the short time I have owned her, including a couple of group runs with the UK S2000 Owners Club. She is an excellent example of the legend, in a brilliant and fairly uncommon colour which simply glistens in the sun.
If I were to keep her, the only additional changes I would make would be to repaint the wheels back to silver (a previous owner made them a darker "cobalt" silver which is OK, but not really to my taste).
Driving her is a delight, and of course that VTEC roar coming in at around 6000rpm, pulling all the way to the famous 9000rpm limit makes every trip a joy.
Note that she is driven several times a week, so the advertised mileage will change
