Description
Here is a 1979 triumph TR7 that was purchased by the previous owner in 1991 and driven 18 miles home and put straight in the garage . And that is where it’s stayed for the last 34 years !!!.
It has not helped the car at all being left.
The car has all its original features, tartan interior seats ( no tears or rips) just dirty.
Original alloys, Lucas fog lights, webasto roof etc etc.
engine is free and turns by hand .
Unfortunately this is a spares car ( in my opinion) or brave restoration as it’s got severe body panel corrosion, areas being near side. It needs outer sill, door, rear quarter panel.
But on the plus side the inner sills and chassis, floor etc all looks fine.
This car has never been welded or painted so you are starting with an original car if you were to restore it.
I have the old mot and original logbook and original receipt from the garage when the elderly gent purchased it before driving it home and locking it away for 34yrs !!!
Can anyone save it or use it for spare parts.??
