Car has had an older, period restoration

I bought this back in 2015, trailered it back and have never used or driven it until today.

Car condition is how i bought it 10 years ago with the exception of the service item work. It's been washed and cleaned, thats it. Hasn't been touched or tarted up. Engine bay hasn't been touched, nor any work underneath so as is, how you want to see them.

My intension was to build myself a Coombes style 3. 8. I have spent the last 10 years acquiring various parts to do this including the 3. 8 and matching number synchro box.

The 3. 8 is not included in this sale but available separately. It comes with new high torque starter, two sets of carbs, one being XK150 carbs, faced flywheel, new water pump, clutch kit and spare overdrive unit. I have the harmonic damper and various other parts etc. I value the engine, box and parts to go with it at £5k if anyone’s interested.

I have just restored a Jaguar 340 to Concours condition and would say I have about 8k worth of new and used spares that will come with the car if asking price is reached. That consist of over 3k worth of new repair panels, door, boot lid, wire wheels and tyres, new hubs and knock offs. Door frames, all the body chrome some new. Boxes and boxes of new and used parts and too long to list. I would like all ideally to go with the car to make some room.

I have spent the last six months going through the car to get everything working the best I can so its back driving and on the road. It will still need going through but have driven today for the first time and it slowly came back to life.

So, the car runs as it should. Good compression, oil pressure, no smoke at all.
The woodwork it great condition, so are the seats. Chrome and bumpers are good. Front wings look like they have been replaced back in the day so are solid. Has couple of small holes in the headlining but new one included. Interior Ferfix a bit tatty but new included.
Car has fibreglass spats but good solid originals include along with the match paint. There is a small scab on the rear of the roof, been there since bought and has not changed in ten years. Bonnet has two dents which is to be expected with age.
Exterior door handle chrome is worn but good a good used set included.
The oil pressure sender needs replacing. I have tested with mechanical gauge and it’s fine along with the compression test. Have all the images and videos for this. Everything works with a few exceptions.

Car as pictured is presentable but being a 57-years old it will have blemishes to both the interior and exterior as you would expect. Car would benefit from a carpet set. I have driven the car today for the first time in 10 years, ran fine but I limited my range to 15 miles as the Dynamator wasn't charging due to wrong drive belt. Since then I have now fitted a shorter E-Type fan belt and now working fine. Clutch and gears work well, synchro box is smooth and overdrive in both 3rd and 4th working and shifting as it should. The clutch pedal lazy to return due to lack of use but got better by my return. Brakes did pull slight to the left so would say the driver side, front calliper sticking slightly but apart from that it drove well.
All electrics working including the heater on both speeds, it’s just the exception of the oil pressure gauge which i'm working on.

I’ve cleaned and gapped the points, altered the timing slightly but never spent too much time on it. Carbs, I’ve never set up or touched since I rebuilt them back 9 years ago so you will need to set them up but everythings not too far away. I do have some history file with the car
