Im considering letting go of my mk1 cortina 2dr with only just over 59. 000kms.
Its a 1200cc with 4 speed column change, does have a 1500gt exaust manifold fitted .
Engine runs ok and changes gears fine too but the plan was always to swap out the engine for something more powerful.
I bought the car a few years ago right down the south of france where it was owned by alittle old lady which was the only owner previous to me, parked in a garage all its life .
The body has a few age related dings/ dents etc but still is very presentable.
Underneath is in great original condition, i dont think you could find a better original car, never been undersealed or had any rust repairs nor does it need any .
I have fitted brand new wheels and yokahama tyres , wheels are 7inch wide .
Car has been lowered with springs upfront and blocks on the rear , with rear gaz adjustable shocks .
I also have some coilover disc struts , brand new calipers to go with the car as it still has front drums , which are pretty terrible .
The car is at my house in sw france, i can deliver to the uk / europe to be discussed.
Only selling as i have a business project that needs funds ..
