Description
It is a 1928 Chevrolet Capitol, originally Uruguayan, restored and imported into France and placed in collection in 2000; I have the full history as well as a very complete file (Uruguayan papers, photos of the restoration).
The vehicle has not been on the road for three years and has been kept in a garage; a recommissioning and a general inspection is currently underway.
