Description
I’m writing this advert on behalf of my farmer friend John. John bought this car back in 2020 on a whim. He has driven it approximately 550 miles since. It has been stored in a dry barn during his stewardship. On buying the car he had it comprehensively overhauled; oil seals checked and brakes replaced etc. Other than driving a few miles, he has done little else, that includes cleaning the car! This Stag would be an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys titivating rather than renovating. It is truly is a contemporary barn find, in that it needs the dust blowing off and a some TLC to bring it back so it’s appearance can match its performance.
The car comes complete with a file of invoices that go back to 1986 when it was fitted with a ‘recon engine’.
The car presents very well and there is little evidence of rust or filler. It has been re-sprayed at some point and all the panels look straight and true. Even the overdrive works.
This number will put you through to John, but don’t expect a technical conversation unless you want to talk about crop yields.
