Ex Haywood racing chassis number 5 UK Zetec championship car. Driver's Ricardo Sperafico and Richard Tarling achieved a second and third place in the championship. The duo also finished second and third at the prestigious Formula Ford Festival in 1997.
Converted to Kent 1600 by Rawlson Racing using new brake calipers. New front rockers were made along with many new parts to convert to 1600 Kent. Painted in fresh Leyton House style blue.
Koni dampers and new springs. Mono shock front suspension. Stainless steel exhaust, new bearings and joints where required.
Perfect for the champion of brands, United formula ford series regional pre 1999 class or national series clubman.
Has done very little since conversion, a few test days and recently the Formula Ford Festival.
Car available with spare wishbones, freshly powder coated, 2 sets of steel wheels, nose mould, set up shims.
Original zetec parts, engine mounts, Madin wheels, brake discs, fuel tank, bilstein dampers and some parts also included. LD input shaft, LD drive shaft flanges, everything needed for Kent build, or be put back to Zetec.
