Description
This car has been off road for the last ten years due to inheriting a more modern vehicle. It is still surprisingly rust free and solid but has some body damage (mainly to the doors) due to knocks in the garden. However it does come with two spare doors which are sound except that one has some rust bubbling at the bottom. The engine is a 1. 9L diesel and still starts easily and always did about 50mpg even though having done 149, 000 miles. It isn't short of power but someone might want to convert it to petrol as a project. The car had new handbrake cables and a new steering rack shortly before coming off road and basically is a cheap car for low cost motoring. I bought this car as a cheap form of motoring and it did what I expected as well as being remarkably comfortable for a little car.
