RESTORED TO A HIGH STANDARD . Registered historic American import with only 17k on it. Now showing 30 miles on new speedo.
Frame was braced using a genguine PMC brace kit from Japan then checked for true in a motoliner before being powder coated, all parts in gloss black.
The Engine was fulliy stripped and inspected , soda blasted clean then rebuilt and all covers polished
Swing arm had needle roller kit fitted, Head stock has taper rollers.
Fuel tank and panels done in candy apple red. Using older stlye panel badges and a new fuel cap.
The wheels were stripped, the hubs vapour blasted then sent to Hagon for Stainless Rims and Spokes all new bearings and seals.
New Avon Roadrider tyres and new tubes. New rim tapes ,
Forks had new stanchions and progressive springs with the lowers repolished.
New stainless bodied Hagon shocks.
New and Genuine kawasaki front mudguard. All other chrome is new, grab rail, rear fender, Headlamp brackets, fork covers, Kickstart.
New indicators, back light and New headlamp.
New Clocks assembly

New mirrors
New Motobatt battery wich has higher CCA.
New clucth lever bracket with adjustable span Lever (have original).
New coils and New Dyna Ignition.
Fully rebuilt carbs with all parts plated,
New aluminium plate fitted to air box where the original one allways deforms and cracks along with all new head to carb and carb to airbox rubbers fitted. New air filter.
All bolts and screws re-plated or now stainless steel.
New wiring loom .
Delkevic exhaust .
All cables are new.
New classic EBC disc`s with Ebc pads
Fully restored front calipers and New master cylinder with braide lines and stainless fittings.
