Welcome to the sale of our 1992 Mercedes-Benz 500E Sedan, we have owned the car since 2014 with 3 previous documented owners. Powered by a MB M119 5. 0-liter 32 Valve V8 engine, paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, the car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic with grey lower cladding with grey leather upholstery. It has 16” Forged wheels, a power sunroof, fog lights, Automatic Slip Control, automatic climate control, and a newer Pioneer Bluetooth head unit, heated power-adjustable front seats, and cruise control. This W124 500E shows 223, 000 KM’s or 135, 000 miles and is now offered with owner’s manuals, brochures, all service records since new, a tool roll, and a clean US Montana title in the seller’s name.
The 500E was assembled by Porsche and featured wheel arch flares, revised bodywork, and a lower ride height when compared to other W124 models. This example is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and features gray lower cladding. Exterior details include headlight washers and wipers, integrated fog lights, a retractable antenna, and a power sunroof. The Carfax reported a $0 claim to left side of the vehicle in May 2012, which I believe the owner paid out of pocket due to limit damage costing less than the deductible. Overall condition of body and paint is in excellent condition and was mostly driven during the summer months. There is a few rock chips on the silver body sections around the front grill and bumper, chrome trim and glass is in good condition. The 16” factory alloy wheels are mounted with 225/ 55 ZR16 Continental Contact Tires (date code is 07/ 2014) tires should be changed due to age. The car is equipped with Automatic Slip Control (ASR). The rear suspension nitrogen chambers, front gas struts and mounts, rear shocks, with the only modification being a Lorinser Performance Exhaust Muffler.
The cabin features heated Grey Leather power-adjustable Recaro front seats along with a color-coordinated lower dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Appointments include automatic climate control, a power-adjustable steering column, dual front airbags, cruise control, and a Pioneer stereo head unit with Bluetooth connectivity. Rear Seating features Grey Leather Seating for 2 with a pull down centre armrest.
Gauge cluster is a 260-km/ h speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, an analog clock, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer showing 223, 000 KM’s or 135, 000 miles, approximately 45, 000 KM's were added under current ownership.
