1971 Audi 100 c1 GL
Since it's rebuild 4 years ago I have covered around 5k miles in it (just done another 600 miles over the last 2 weeks attending shows).
Original 1. 9 engine and gearbox, both rebuilt. Valves lapped, new valve stem seals, new piston rings, new head gasket, shells, rebuilt gearbox, New clutch. 50k on clocks
Smoothed/ shaved/ deleted bay, smoothed doors, wings, boot, roof. Custom paint in Merc olive green metallic, hand pinstriped.
Custom air ride (not the awful ta technic).
Custom stainless exhaust, v banded.
Custom polybushes
Custom bumpers
Custom carpets and roof lining. Original seats and door cards
Custom drilled hubs
Audi A8 winter wheels/ spacers
Full boot build with hidden compartments.
98% perfect, a few little marks here and there as you would expect from a 54 yr old car that's driven everywhere, but that doesn't stop it being the center of attention everywhere I take it.

An absolute pleasure to drive, this car have been a dream of mine for many years, but I feel it is my time to move on to a new project. It will break my heart seeing her drive away with a new owner, but art is made to be shared, not horded.
