Description
I’m selling my Fiat Barchetta, it’s been a lot of fun but it’s time for a new owner. It runs well and has been kept for the last four years in a de-humidified garage and only used on sunny days.
It has most of the bells and whistles that could be fitted and so is a very comfortable and enjoyable way to get down the road. It has 81, 400 miles on the clock and only 2 and a half owners from new.

Down sides
There are some rusty bits of body work on the outer rear wheel arches. They’ve been stabilised but I haven’t had them sorted.
In general it isn't a concourse car but is more than good enough for a few more fun days in the sun. I wanted a two seater but, although they're great, didn't want an MX5, I wanted something different. The Barchetta has really nice lines and people tend to notice it.
This car belonged to a friend of mine from almost new until it came to me about four years ago. He ran it regularly for many years but eventually he wasn't using it enough and I, gladly, took it off his hands.
He'd had it bought in Germany by a friend (there was a Fiat discount for BFPO at the time) and then imported. Although sourced in Germany it was ordered with full UK spec so didn't need any changes when it came to the UK.
It's nice and peppy and appreciates a push on the loud pedal but is also comfortable for a long drive. I've enjoyed using the car over the last few years but I'm de-cluttering the garage and my wife isn't so keen on it being LHD so it's time for someone else to have fun with it.
