Description
For sale is my 1970 MGB GT in its original and rare Pale Primrose Yellow colour. Built in late 1969 to 1970 spec this car is one of the first to receive BL 'improvements' such as vinyl recliner seats and rubber inserts in the bumper over riders. I have the BMH Certificate to verify build and spec, this car is as it left the factory less the engine and performance upgrades. The car is MOT and Tax exempt and is ULEZ compliant.
I've had this car for 5 and a half years now and covered around 1500 miles a year in it with no issues aside of routine maintenance and standard MGB foibles. I have changed the oils etc and done the minor jobs annually and anything bigger has been done by the most excellent classic car specialists Beech Hill Garage, near Reading.
The car was restored in the 1990s and is no show queen but is usable and fun. The bodywork is not perfect but the car holds up well. Floorpans and boot solid. In pretty original condition inside less new carpets a few years back it isn't perfect but is used as and could be improved. Alas my visions of evening drives and pub lunches won't be realised because my other half hates the GT so I need to let it go. I'll continue to use the car in dry weather until it sells.

I've a history file that came with the car when I bought it along with receipts for work I have had done and a box full of bits various that will go with it. Priced to sell and I am open to sensible offers. I'm not in a massive rush to sell so nothing daft please - this GT can be driven away.
