I'm reluctantly selling my MGB GT. It's been a great car for me, having used as a daily driver, longer vacations and a couple of weddings over the past five years.
Last year I took it to a Classic Car specialist who spent a full day inspecting the car and gave me a full report on best// worst bits.
I've worked through the list improvements and it has a fresh MOT (these don't need an MOT but I've had this done to prove roadworthiness on insurance).
It's rare to find a car of this age that has such detailed information available so you know exactly what you're buying - which is a well maintained and driven classic, not one that's been sitting in a barn/ garage waiting for things to break the first time it's fired up like a lot of others you'll see.
The areas for improvement: it could probably do with a proper polish to get the paintwork looking new, there are cracks in the passenger wing mirror, and a bit of cosmetic work here and there.
Happy for you to ask any questions or if you want specific information/ photos I'm happy to provide them. Lots of work done over the past year including new front brakes, near rear brake cylinders, fuel pump, engine reconditioned, new propshaft.
