Matching number Volvo P1800 ES from 1973 is for sale in very good, restored condition. The car has European regtstration with Hungarian registration plates, and succesfully passed the classic car examination and received the qualification.
In 2023-2024 the car undervent a comprehensive restoration project including
- Complete review to bodywork wit no rust at all (all necessary welding an sheet metal replacements have been done)
- Bare metal respray in Sea green metallic colour
- Rebuilt engine
- Brand new fuel injectors and pipes
- Revised gearbox, rebalanced drive shaft
- Brand new original exhaust system
- Rebuilt front/ rear suspensions witn new bushes and ball joints
- Rebuilt brakes including calipers, brake pads, copper and rubber brake hoses
- Reconditioned water cooler
- Brand new fuel tank fitted
- New leather work and carpets
The car originally delivered to Germany, then brought to Holland, and finally imported to Hungary. European version with manual gearbox.
