Description
This is a 1996 Yamaha FZR600R finished in the Bluish White Cocktail colour scheme. Bike was first registered 3rd April 1996 and I bought it in February 1998 with about 5k miles on it. Current mileage is very low at approx 16, 300 miles.
The bike looks stunning and is in excellent condition, although not perfect, for its age and rides exactly as it should.
I have modified the bike a little with the addition of a couple of carbon add ons, wheels are painted to match the body colour, chain guard, hugger and rear light surround have been painted and also has a body coloured under tray which are exceptionally hard to find. Blue headlight covers are easily removed if required. Front calipers have been swapped for those from an R6 for mostly cosmetic reasons and the brake hoses swapped for braided lines. Smaller indicators are also fitted along with a Full Delkevic exhaust system and carbon fibre rear silencer.
I have the original handbook, service book, keys, MOT certificate's and most if not all of the original parts that came off the bike.
In the 27 years I have owned this bike it has been a pleasure to own and never let me down. I am only selling now as I would like something newer.
