Description
A unique example, this 1986 Dodge Lancer Turbo, the car has only the delivery kilometres on the odometer. With only 42 miles on the odometer, no second example will be found worldwide! In 2014, this car was put up for auction in the USA following the death of Kirk Jackson. This Dodge dealer from Lockhart, (Texas USA) was a unique individual and "put away" several new Dodges, including this Lancer Turbo. As far as is known, the other cars were eventually used as transport vehicles, but this unique Lancer Turbo was sold at auction to a Dutchman with an eye for special features and historical interest. After the auction, the car came to the Netherlands and was fully prepared there, new tyres, oil, hoses, etc. bill with the car. After this, the Dodge ended up in a private collection of a true oldtimer connoisseur. In April 2022, I had the privilege of buying this unique Dodge from this collection. A unique car with a unique story. Now the time has come when, after much deliberation, I have decided that this special car may go to a new enthusiast. Preferably, the car will become part of a collection again or perhaps end up in a museum... the car certainly deserves that. Should anyone decide to buy the car and want to register it to drive it, that is of course possible too. The American Title is present with the car, (the registration certificate.) As with The Sagitta, these are the tax documents that the car has already been imported into the Netherlands. Together with the car's invoice, these documents allow the car to be registered in any European country. A one-off, this 1986 Dodge Lancer Turbo, the car has only the delivery miles on the odometer. With only 42 miles on the odometer, you won't find a second one of these worldwide!
