It's with a heavy heart that I'm having to sell my 2003 MG TF 1. 6 with only 47k miles that I've just spent £800 on, having had the HEAD GASKET, cambelt and waterpump done on.
Just had £800 with invoice spent at MGTastic specialist in Chadderton, having had the headgasket done where the head was skimmed.
The cam belt and water pump have also just been done, with the inlet manifold gasket and cam gover gasket with exhaust manifold gasket. The coolant temp sensor has also been replaced. And the car has been serviced as well.
NOT HAD ANY ADVISORIES ON THE MOT IN ALMOST 10 YEARS!
YES IT'S PASSED EVERY MOT WITH NOT A SINGLE ADVISORY SINCE 2016!
Very good condition all around, not the usual rusty example that needs a load of welding etc.
This is a very solid example.
Only negative is one or two small areas of lacquer peel but these are only small.
2 keys and plenty of history.
MOT until 24th April 2026 with no advisories.
Drives well.
Future classic.
