As we reach the end of another Summer Season I am offering my Volvo C70 Mk1 Soft top cars for sale. Owned by me since Oct 2021. Initially a rolling restoration project the car has only been on the road April to September in my ownership, I completed the restoration in 2024, and having enjoyed the car in its original and splendid glory in 2025, I am offering the car for sale for someone else to enjoy before I put it away for the winter. Car will be put into storage next Saturday 30/ 08/ 2025 if no one wants to buy it. I am a total VOLVO-HOLIC..... you can see testimonials of Volvos I have rescued, restored enjoyed and passed on. This one is no exception, bought with a failed roof, tired suspension, and brakes, totally neglected the car now runs like it did in 2005 when it came out of the factory. As a 2005 it is the last of the MK1 cars and as FORD were just starting to get their teeth into one of the BEST, most RELIABLE, SAFEST brands ever produced. As such the body work does not share the same quality as early Volvo's, there is evidence of rust starting to come through below the windows and at the edges of the rear wheel arches. At some point it has had paint in areas, do your own HPi Check it is NOT a Category car. AND, mechanically the car is of a high standard, NEW brake and suspension components all round 2023, Timing belt kit, pulleys, idlers, water pump changed 10/ 04/ 2024. Regularly serviced with strong history, last Service 14/ 08/ 25, Volvo, independent. I have driven this car all over the country, Bristol, Liverpool, Inverness... I would drive this car anywhere in any weather.
