Black 1998 Jaguar XJR Supercharged. Bought at auction 3 years ago as a project. Base and structure have been fully welded. Also resprayed over a year ago. Currently SORN'd and no MOT. The car has previously been an insurance write off but not a structural write off.
I have not been able to get it started since Summer 2024 so it has been sat outside my house for over a year. It is a non-runner. It could be a great car but the many problems with it are too much for me as a first classic. I've had some interest including someone who travelled many miles to see it but the car is still languishing on the drive.
We've been asked why it won't start - we don't know. If it would only start, we could get it on a low loader and repaired. So anyone buyind would need to arrange transport. Private numberplate. Could be amazing when done up.
